It was an emotional kick-off to the annual Mothers Against Drunk Driving Red Ribbon campaign.

Jennifer Musson spoke Thursday about her sister Jessica Ondejko, who was the victim of an impaired collision eight years ago.

Musson said “I wish she could still be here today. There's so much I could share with her, there's so much I missed out on without here here. I just want her back."

Musson handed out ribbons with Police officers on Thursday.

They ask residents to tie a MADD red ribbon to their vehicles and other personal belongings, to represent their commitment to driving sober this holiday season.
