Windsor police say the rightful owner was found for an envelope of lost cash.
A woman contacted CTV News on Thursday in hopes of reuniting the money with the person who lost it.
She found an envelope with about $700 near the Winners store on Dougall Avenue.
On Friday, police say the cash was returned. Both the owner and the finder who turned in the money were all smiles with the happy ending.
