Essex County OPP say the pickup truck driver involved in a head-on collision on Highway 3 earlier this month has died from his injuries.
Police say Yves Brouillard, 55, of Windsor has died. He was critically injured after being involved in a head on collision with a tractor trailer unit west of County Road 31 in Kingsville on Sept. 1.
Brouillard was pronounced deceased at a London hospital on Sept. 9.
OPP have completed their investigation and no charges will be preferred.
