The Canada Border Services Agency is out with a warning about a telephone scam.
The agency says it's learned people -- claiming to be employed at the agency's Border Information Service -- have been calling Canadians and requesting personal information and payment over the phone.
The agency says the service is not mandated to make such calls and anyone receiving one should contact the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
