Missing girl investigation continues near Windsor's riverfront
Windsor police have released this photo of Victoria Strehlau, a missing 18-year-old University of Windsor student.
Windsor police have sectioned off an area of the riverfront while investigating the disappearance of an 18-year-old girl.
Police say Victoria Strehlau, a University of Windsor student, was last seen at 7 p.m. on Monday near the 800 block of Argyle Street riding a 10-speed green bicycle.
Officers patrolling the waterfront found a 10-speed bicycle in the area of Riverside Drive East and Hall Avenue around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday. Police say the bicycle is similar in description to the bicycle associated to Victoria Strehlau.
Police continued searching the water Wednesday, near where the bike was found.
Strehlau is described as white, with long blonde hair and a thin build. She was last seen wearing a navy sweater and dark jeans.
