The Ministry of Labour continues to investigate an incident at a construction site in south Windsor.

Police were called to a private residence at Bartlet Drive and Neal Boulevard at 7:50 p.m. Saturday.

Ministry spokesperson Gloria Yip tells CTV Windsor a worker employed by Pro-Nabe Construction was attempting to move material onto a scaffold when the worker fell.

The scaffolding was reportedly two storeys high.

Police describe the injuries as non-life threatening.

A Ministry of Labour inspector attended the scene and issued a requirement to the home owner to not disturb the scene.

Yip confirms an inspector will be back at the home this week as the investigation continues.
