Migrant worker dies after falling off bike in Leamington

A 56-year-old migrant farm worker from Mexico has died after falling off his bicycle in Leamington.
Essex County OPP say the injuries were a result of hitting his head on a curb sewer plate on Aug. 15.
Marco Rojas-Torres from Puebla, Mexico, died on Friday at Victoria Hospital in London. He has been working in Canada for the past 12 years. He leaves behind a wife and four children.
Police say the investigation is concluded and no charges will be laid.
