The man charged with murder in the Cassandra Kaake case had his court date put over to March for disclosure.

Matthew Brush, 26, remains in custody.

He made the court appearance by video Wednesday morning from the South West Detention Centre.

Brushes lawyer, Ken Golish, said earlier this month that he expects the disclosure will be handed over in "phases" in Kaake murder investigation.

Kaake, 31, was found dead in her home on Benjamin Avenue on Dec. 11 after a fire. She was seven months pregnant.

Windsor police allege Brush acted alone. Police are not looking for more suspects.

Brush, from LaSalle, is also charged arson with disregard for human life, arson causing property damage, possession of incendiary material for arson, break and enter, and indecent interference with a dead body.
