A Windsor man who is suing the Windsor Police Service has been arrested for violating bail conditions in an unrelated incident.

Windsor police arrested and charged Jason Nassr on Friday for breaching his bail conditions in a separate case.

Nassr filed a $5.5-million lawsuit against Windsor police in January.

The claim arises out of an incident in 2011, in which police claimed the local photographer committed a sexual assault.

The charge was ultimately withdrawn last June.
