A man known to circle the Windsor area is wanted by OPP on a Canada-wide warrant.
Kenneth Hill is wanted by OPP for breach of parole. He’s currently serving a five year and six month sentence for sexual assault, forcible confinement, failure to comply with probation order and obstruct police.
Hill is described as a 38-year-old male, standing 5’8”, 220 pounds with brown eyes and short dark hair.
Police say he’s known to frequent the Windsor area.
Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
