A LaSalle police sergeant has pleaded guilty to one count of discreditable conduct after an impaired driving conviction in June.
Retired OPP Superintendent Morris Elbers, the hearing officer appointed for the Police Service Act hearing, found Sgt. Michael Foreman guilty.
Elders issued a written decision on Aug. 29.
Foreman has returned to duty and has been placed on administrative restrictions.
