The Town of Lakeshore has successfully appealed a $3-million court decision against the town to the Ontario Court of Appeal.
The town sent out a news release on Tuesday saying the $3-million judgment has been dismissed and the town is now in position to seek its legal costs from local developer Valente.
The court had previously awarded damages to the developer, including costs in the amount of $3 million.
