A Kingsville man has been charged with stunt driving for allegedly going 110 kilometres an hour over the speed limit.

On June 11 at 3 p.m. members of the OPP were conducting radar enforcement on Highway 3 in Kingsville when a vehicle came into range at 190 km/h in an 80 km/h zone, say police.

The vehicle was subsequently stopped by police.

The driver, Jesse Driedger, 21, from Kingsville was charged with stunt driving, speed in excess of 50 km/h over posted limit.

His vehicle was impounded under stunt driving law for seven days along with a license suspension of seven days.  After seven days, Driedger will have to pay to get his vehicle and driver’s reinstated.
