LONDON, Ont. - A London, Ont., woman accused in the deaths of a young girl and, days later, her newborn sister is set to go to trial next June.

Danah McKinnon-Bozek, who was eight months pregnant, and her two young daughters were hit by a car that suddenly reversed into the front entrance of a London Costco store on July 25.

The collision killed Addison Hall, 6, and injured her mother and three-year-old sister Miah Bozek.

McKinnon-Bozek was taken to hospital where Rhiannon Bozek was delivered by emergency C-section and died on Aug. 1.

Ruth Burger, 65, is charged with two counts of criminal negligence causing death, and two counts of criminal negligence causing bodily harm.

On Tuesday, it was determined that Burger's trial will be heard by judge alone, and is scheduled to begin June 1, 2015.
