A provincial court judge in Windsor will rule next month on whether a first-degree murder charge against Scott Quick will continue to a trial.
Justice Dean Lloyd will decide on December 19, if there’s sufficient evidence in the case to support a trial of Quick.
His wife, Nancy Galbraith-Quick, was run down by a stolen minivan in 2006 just outside of a school in Emeryville where she worked.
Court heard from about 100 witnesses during the preliminary hearing.
The evidence can't be revealed because of a publication ban.
OPP charged Quick with first-degree murder in March 2015, when he was living in Brighton.
