Five people have been charged following a joint drug investigation involving police in Windsor and Amherstburg.
Homes in both communities were searched on Nov. 10, leading to the seizure of $2,500 in cash and drugs including percocet, marijuana, cocaine and oxycodone.
Darryl Byrd, 23, of Windsor is facing three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking and two counts of drug possession.
An addition two males and two females were each charged with several trafficking and possession charges and issued a summons.
In total, 18 charge have been laid against the five individuals.
