The Ministry of Labour is investigating a fatal tree cutting incident in Chatham-Kent.
Police say a 62-year-old man died at a property on Cornhill Street in Chatham’s north end on Wednesday afternoon.
The identity of the victim has not been released.
The ministry says no orders have been issued at this time for the company involved, which has been identified as "A-Let Shaunn Trim It."
