Four people have been arrested after police seized methamphetamine and crack cocaine from a motel on Howard Avenue.

Windsor police drug and gun unit officers obtained a search warrant for a room at a motel in the 2700 block of Howard Avenue and saw a suspect associated to the address arrive in a vehicle.

At about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, the officers executed the search warrant.

Four people were placed under arrest and a quantity of drugs and other property were located and seized.

Police say one of the accused, Scott MacLellan, had just been found guilty of drug related offences earlier in the day, and was awaiting sentencing.

Items Seized:

-2.8 grams of methamphetamine

-3.5 grams of crack cocaine

-3 functional digital scales

-5 cell phones

Scott MacLellan, 30, from Amherstburg is charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of controlled substance (crack cocaine), disqualified operation of a motor vehicle x2, breach of recognizance x3.

Michelle Lauzon, 29, from Windsor is charged with possession of controlled substance x2 (methamphetamine) and possession of controlled substance (crack cocaine).

Mitchell Laroque, 35, from Windsor is charged with possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine).

Claudia Bowes, 27, from Windsor is charged with possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine).
