Fans are already lining up with hopes of getting a closer spot for The Killers concert Friday at Caesars Windsor.

The seats have been removed in the first section of the Colosseum, so concert-goers are getting in line to stake out a place standing on the floor.

Some fans came from Miami, Fla., Ohio and Kingston, Ont., and have been in line since 4 a.m. Friday.

The Grammy nominated rock band is known worldwide with chart-topping hits including “Mr. Brightside” and “Somebody Told Me”. Front man Brandon Flowers with Dave Keuning, Mark Stroermer and Ronnie Vannucci Jr., have won 20 industry awards and 90 nominations.

The all-ages show starts at 8 p.m.
