As Ontarians get set to take part in Family Day festivities there will be a few closures across the region.
Here’s what will be closed in Windsor today:
- Libraries
- Goverment Offices and municipal buildings
- Banks
- LCBO and Beer Stores
- Garbage collection
- Buses run on Sunday schedule
- Devonshire Mall will be open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Some Federal offices and services will still be open today as Family day is a provincial holiday.
Windsor West MP Brian Massey is hosting his second Family Skate and Donate Event at Landspray Park from 4-7 p.m.
Nonperishable foods will be collected for the Welcome Centre for Women and The Downtown Mission.
There is also free skating at Charles Clark Square between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.
Adventure Bay is open between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.
