An insulation company’s truck became engulfed in flames in a parking lot in the 14000 block of Tecumseh Road.
Tecumseh OPP officers say the fire is not suspicious.
The truck was parked in a parking lot when the occupants heard an explosion from the interior of the cargo area of the truck and it quickly engulfed into flames. The incident started at approximately 5:45 p.m.
Police say the two occupants jumped out of the vehicle without injury.
Tecumseh Fire and Rescue responded and extinguished the fire.
Damage is estimated at $30,000.
No other vehicles or property appeared to be damaged.
The area had restricted access until 9 p.m. while crews cleaned up the area.
