A 38-year-old Chatham man has been charged with dangerous driving after a two-vehicle crash on Highway 401.
Chatham-Kent OPP officers were called to the eastbound lanes of the 401 near Dillon Road at 5:50 p.m. Thursday.
The investigation revealed a Hyundai travelling on the 401 eastbound was driving in an aggressive and dangerous manner say police. It attempted to pass a vehicle, lost control and came into contact with another vehicle.
The Hyundai ended up rolling into the median and the driver was taken to Chatham-Kent Health Alliance by ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.
Jeffery Predote, 38, was charged with dangerous driving.
