A 50-year-old Chatham man was arrested after police say he was found naked in a large garbage bin.
Chatham-Kent police say a resident went to the bin at 448 St. Clair Street to discard some cardboard boxes around 6 p.m. Monday.
As the man opened the lid to the garbage bin, he says he saw a naked adult male sitting inside. Chatham-Kent Police were called and the naked male was arrested.
The 50-year-old man has been charged with committing an indecent act. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
