Fire officials still don’t know what caused a second fire in less than 12 hours at a Parent Avenue house Saturday.

Fire crews were called to a house in the 2251 Parent Ave. Saturday morning, where a blaze started in the attic. The cause of this fire was determined to be electrical. The homeowner suffered minor injuries.

Firefighters were called back out to the house around 8 p.m. where a second blaze took place.

Damage for both fires is estimated to be $80,000.

The cause of the second fire remains under investigation.
