The Multicultural Council of Windsor & Essex County Carrousel of Nations has been recognized as the top festival & event by Attractions Ontario.
The M-C-C was recognized at a special tourism gala held in Ottawa.
Tourists and local residents were invited to cast votes for their favourite attractions.
