Chatham-Kent fire officials are urging people to smoke outside following a New Year's Day fire in Wallaceburg.
Emergency crews were called to 75 Dell St around 5:45 a.m. Thursday.
Smoking in bed is listed as the cause.
Damage is pegged at $75,000.
Luckily, no one was injured.
