Occupants of a home near the Windsor International Airport were able to quickly escape a house blaze.

Fire crews were called to the 3300 block of Riberdy Road around 12:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon.

Fire officials say the blaze started in the rear porch area and spread to the attic.

Two adults and five children were displaced by the fire, but nobody was injured.

Damage is pegged at $100,000 and the cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
