An Amherstburg businessman and philanthropist is facing a number of weapons offences.
Amherstburg police say charges for 45-year-old Al Quesnel include pointing a firearm, discharging a firearm, assault with a weapon and uttering threats.
Police aren't release many details, but say it relates to an incident from early last week.
Quesnel has given to a number of causes and recently pledged millions of dollars to the restoration of assumption church.
