A 26-year-old Windsor man has been arrested after allegedly filming himself abusing an animal and sending the video to a family member.
Windsor police received information on Wednesday of the alleged dog abuser after the family member reported the incident to police.
Police say investigators reviewed the video of the male abusing the Bulldog and contacted the man. He attended Windsor Police Headquarters and he was placed under arrest.
Jesse Elliott McGraw, 26, is charged with causing unnecessary pain, suffering or injury to an animal.
