Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne wrapped up her Windsor weekend with a stop at the AM 800 studios Sunday.

She was joined in studio by Windsor Essex Economic Development CEO Sandra Pupatello and Windsor Mayor Eddie Francis.

The trio discussed economic development.

The show was heard in Windsor and broadcast in many markets across Ontario.

Wynne had been in town for an annual gather of the Ontario Liberal Party's Provincial Council, which brought together Liberal reps from all 103 Ontario ridings.

Pupatello says the radio show was great exposure for the city.

"We really did talk about our opportunity to thank the province, because we really have been leaning on them and looking for support on a number of fronts," Pupatello says. "And we were able to talk about some pof the things that have worked out. So they gave us a little bit of help and we ran with it. And I think we got that chance to tell the world today some of the very good things that are hepping in Windsor-Essex."
