Construction of the Rt. Hon. Herb Gray Parkway resumed Tuesday, after a work-stop order was lifted by Ontario's Ministry of Labour.

Ministry of Labour spokesperson Bruce Skeaff says the order was issued following an accident last week that lead to the death of a worker.

He adds that the construction company has now satisfied the ministry's conditions, allowing work to resume.

However, the ministry is still waiting on four more orders that are mainly administrative matters.

The investigation into the death of 40-year-old Giuseppe Serra continues.
