Chatham-Kent OPP say a 40-year-old woman was stopped speeding down the Highway 401 with children not wearing seatbelts.
Police stopped the Kanata, Ont., woman on Thursday on the 401 near Victoria Road.
She was clocked clocked at 136 kilometres/hour in a 100 km/hourr zone, say police. Officers say a five-year -old boy and a seven-year-old girl were not wearing seatbelts in the back seat.
The driver has been charged with speeding and failing to ensure the children were properly secured.
