Windsorites are being invested to stand guard at the city’s cenotaph this weekend to honour Cpl. Nathan Cirillo.

Service people and civilians are being asked to meet at the Windsor cenotaph on Saturday at 10 a.m. Those who attend will finish the hour Cirillo was scheduled to be on duty at the National War Memorial before being fatally shot on Wednesday.

A second memorial at the cenotaph will be held on Sunday at 7 p.m. Participants are encouraged to bring Canadian flags, as well as wreaths and poppies.
