Community leaders, parents and kids in Windsor will help kick off Mental Health Week by taking to the streets on Sunday for the annual Walk So Kids Can Talk.

The event, with help from community engagement partner Bell Media, is the largest fundraising campaign in support of youth mental health and well-being.

It benefits $6.5-million teens, kids and young adults in Canada, ensuring they have a trusted source of professional counselling support and clinically-vetted information.

Windsor’s walk starts at 10 a.m. on Sunday at Place Concorde on 515 Forest Glade Dr. Registration begins at 9 a.m.
