Windsor police have arrested a 33-year-old city man following a six hour stand-off Saturday morning at a home in the 2400 block of Central Ave.
Officers were called to a domestic disturbance just before midnight.
Police say a man inside the residence refused to leave.
Officers also say the man poured gasoline inside the home but surrendered without incident just before 6am.
He is facing charges of assault.
