Windsor Police are asking for the public’s help in finding the parents or guardians of a child.
Citizens called 911 after seeing a boy in the parking lot of Devonshire Mall just before 10:30 am Sunday.
Police located the boy and say he appears to be unable to communicate with them.
The boy is described as about 12 or 13 years old, biracial with short dark hair and dark eyes.
He is wearing a white tee shirt with the words “See Hear Do,” white pajama bottoms with green hearts and navy blue flip flops.
Anyone with information is asked to call Windsor Police.
