A 49-year-old Windsor man has been charged with a break-in after police say they found him hiding in an attic of a vacant home.
Windsor police were called to the house in the 700 block of Moy on Thursday around 9:30 p.m. for a break and enter in progress.
Police received information that a man was seen entering the upper unit through a broken window.
Officers say they found the suspect hiding in the attic behind a furnace. He was arrested without further incident.
He was allegedly in possession of break and enter tools and an orange GIO e-bike.
Officers believe the e-bike might be stolen and are telling the public to call police with the VIN number to identify.
