Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent ahead of snow storm.
The weather authority says a total of 10 cm of snowfall is predicted by Tuesday morning.
A system approaching from Northern United States will head into Southwestern Ontario late Monday afternoon. Environment Canada says most regions could receive 5 cm to 10 cm. Wind gusts also run the risk of producing blowing snow.
However, it’s not all bad news. Temperatures are forecast to increase to 5 C by Wednesday.
