Unconquered Sun Solar Technologies Inc. has been sold to Sarnia-based Bluewater Power Corporation.
It is the first time a renewable energy company has been acquired by a public utility in Ontario.

Moore will remain as director of operations at the solar manufacturing facility located at 11600 County Rd. 42 in Tecumseh.
The move has already resulted in the creation of five new full-time positions at Unconquered Sun and the company expects to hire another five to 10 additional employees by April 2015.
