Chatham-Kent OPP say officers responded to a collision involving a tractor trailer on Highway 401 westbound near Victoria Road just after 10 p.m.

Police say a Freightliner tractor trailer left the roadway and came to rest on its side in the ditch.

The lone male driver, 26-year-old Tanner Blackburn, from Dundalk, Ont., has been charged with failing to drive in a marked lane.
