There was some tense moments Saturday afternoon after a man in a ski mask and carrying a shovel approached a woman.
It happened in an alleyway adjacent to Erie Street around 2:20 p.m.
Windsor police had sent out a tweet for people to avoid the area of Erie and Windsor, saying the area was shut down due to a "situation".
No one was hurt.
