Windsor police are investigating after a teen walked in on a break and enter in the city's near east side.
According to police, a 14-year-old male returned home in the 1100 block of Marentette Avenue Friday shortly before 1 a.m. and made the discovery.
Police say the teen walked in while suspects were rummaging through the house.
Officials say the teen was assaulted, but was uninjured.
The suspects fled the scene with some stolen property.
The investigation is ongoing.
