St. Clair College officials say they are is committed to improving indigenous education outcomes.
The college held a signing ceremony for the indigenous education protocol on Tuesday at the Main Campus in Windsor.
President Patti France says St. Clair has 80 to 100 indigenous students per year "but we want to welcome more.”
The college wants to be proactive in the recruitment and education of First Nations, Metis and Inuit youth, to promote and nurture Indigenous culture in education and to address specific learning needs.
