The Windsor Spitfires unveiled the jerseys the team will wear at the 2014 NHL Winter Classic.

The jersey is a vintage design, featuring the logo worn from 1976 to 1984.

“We wanted to create a jersey that had a classic look and feel,” said head coach Bob Boughner. “It's a throwback, vintage design that we think fits well with the theme of the OHL's first ever outdoor games.”

The Spitfires will face the Saginaw Spirit on Dec. 31.

The jerseys will be available for pre-order at SpitsGear.com starting today and for pick-up in store beginning on Dec. 1.
