Windsor police is searching for a suspect, following a stabbing Monday night.

Officers were called to a residence in the 5500 block of Clarence Drive on Monday, around 9:30 p.m. for a reported stabbing.

When police arrived they spoke with a 29-year-old victim, who claimed he was approached by three white teenage males at a nearby park. The man says one of the teens stabbed him in the chest with an unknown object and took his black Reebok running shoes.

The man was transported to hospital, where he received stitches for a small puncture wound to his chest.

The victim was not able to provide a description of the suspect.
