Windsor police have charged a 55-year-old Windsor roofer with fraud after they say he failed to do any work.
Police say they received two complaints from customers regarding the same roofing contractor.
In the first one, the complainant said he gave the contractor a deposit and entered into an agreement to do roof repairs, but after failing to show up to do the work, he swore at the homeowner on the phone and told him to stop calling.
A similar complaint was filed by a Windsor senior who had also been a victim of fraud.
Ronald Doyscher is facing two counts of fraud.
