Windsor firefighters were called to an early morning blaze in the city’s west end.
When they arrived at the Randolph Avenue home just before 5:00 a.m. Sunday, they found heavy smoke coming from the second floor.
The residents were inside at the time, but they all escaped safely. The kitchen fire was quickly contained. The cause is still under investigation.
