Police were forced to use pepper spray, and then a taser, in order to subdue a suspect.

Chatham-Kent police say they responded to a domestic situation in Blenheim Saturday morning.

A suspect picked up a rock and threatened to throw it at police.

An officer used pepper spray and the suspect fled officers who chased the man before a second officer was able to use a taser to arrest him. 

Police say the unidentified 20 year old man suffered minor injuries.

He is now facing assault and mischief charges.
