Windsor police is looking for the suspect responsible for a robbery at a local video store.
Officers were dispatched to the Family Video located in the 1200 block of Tecumseh Road East for a reported robbery, around 12:05 a.m. on Wednesday.
Employees told police that a suspect entered the store just before closing, stating he was looking for a movie. The man approached the counter, brandished a screwdriver and demanded cash.
An undisclosed amount of money was handed over – the man then fled down Hall Avenue on foot.
The suspect is described as a while male in his 20s, standing six feet tall, with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a leather jacket with a white diamond shaped logo on the front chest. The suspect was also wearing jeans, a dark baseball cap, and a dark scarf covering his face.
Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
