Windsor police have released a video with hopes of identifying a suspect after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on McDougall Street.

On Sunday at approximately 7:45 a.m., officers were dispatched to the Goodwill parking lot located in the 1600 block of McDougall for a pedestrian who was struck by a motor vehicle.

Investigation revealed that a female drove into the parking lot and began rummaging through donations and placing them into a bag she found in front of the business.

While doing this a male approached on his bike and tried to engage in a conversation.

Police say the female ignored him and he eventually got off his bike approximately 20 feet in front of her vehicle and continued shouting at her.

The female allegedly got into her vehicle and intentionally drove into the male and then she fled the scene.  She was last seen traveling eastbound on Hanna Street.  It appears that she is driving a grey Toyota Corolla.

The 57-year-old male was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police are asking the public to review the video and picture of the female and the vehicle and if you have any information on her identity or the vehicle call the police.
